Micro is great for treating acne scars, diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and helps lighten dark spots from sun damage. Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive treatment so there is no downtime. The client should be very cautious to protect their skin after with moisturizer and sunscreen. Client should refrain from activities that increase their body temperature for at least 3 days. Clients may see redness of the skin or slight sloughing/peeling of dead skin cells after treatment. Keep skin hydrated and moisturize to prevent that.
